Open Artist Studio

Twenty guests will enjoy an exquisite open house and spring reception in the artist's studio set amid the renowned daffodil plantings of Laurel Ridge Farm on Wigwam Road. Joanie Morosani, one of the leading visual artists in Litchfield County, will give an overview of her approach to her art and speak to the elements of the creative process. Guests will view many of Joanie's completed works, and the piece d'resistance: each guest will receive an original oil sketch on archival paper specially painted by Joanie for you.
Following the studio tour, guests are invited for champagne and lavish hors d'oeuvres, including treats made from Laurel Ridge grass fed beef, in Joanie and Johns private area of the renowned daffodil planting on Wigwam Road. Joanie rarely opens her studio to the public. This private Open House promises to be a truly special afternoon. You will depart enriched in spirit from a lovely spring afternoon.
